S78-13系列減振墊鐵適用范圍：
木工、紡織、印染、化工、塑料、電工、食品等一般機(jī)械設(shè)備。

S78-13系列如何正確選擇：
1、確定機(jī)床重量及機(jī)床基座緊固地腳孔數(shù)量。
2、墊鐵承載能力F（kg）>機(jī)床總重量（kg） /支撐點(diǎn)個(gè)數(shù)
（特殊情況，考慮機(jī)床重心位置，確定重量分配）。
3、檢查機(jī)床基座孔直徑、長(zhǎng)度是否符合。
How to choose:
1. Decide the weight of machine and the quantity of anchors of machine base.
2. The resisting load of mount F（Kg）>Total weight of machine （Kg）/number of mounts（Think of barycenter of machine and decide allocation of weight）
3. Check if the diameter and length of anchor hole accord with this chart .

S78-13系列使用方法：

1、將所需墊鐵放入機(jī)床地腳下，穿入并順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)螺栓，使承重盤(pán)升起與機(jī)床接觸。
2、進(jìn)行機(jī)床水平調(diào)節(jié)（螺栓順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)，機(jī)床升起）。
3、調(diào)整機(jī)床水平后，鎖緊圓螺母，固定水平狀態(tài)。
注意：因?yàn)橄鹉z的蠕變現(xiàn)象，在墊鐵使用兩周后，再調(diào)節(jié)一次機(jī)床水平。
How to install:
1. Place the mounts under the anchor hole of the machine. Insert the bolt into the screw hole of mount. And screw clock wise then lift the plate till it reach the machine base.
2. Adjust the level of machine （screw the bolt clockwise then lift the machine ）.
3. Tighten the nuts after adjust the level of machine.
Note : The level of machine should be readjusted after two weeks in use because the rubber may creep when it is used firstly.
